Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic or hypersensitive to this medication or its ingredients. This medication contains the dye Tartrazine, so individuals who are allergic or sensitive to this dye should exercise caution when taking it. Vitamin B6 included in this medication may reduce the effectiveness of the drug Levodopa, thus patients taking Levodopa should not take this medication together. Women who are being treated by a doctor or are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve after approximately one month of taking this medication, discontinue use and consult a professional. If any allergic reactions such as hives, rash, or itching occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If there is loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, stop taking and consult a professional. Taking vitamin B6 in high doses of 1 gram or more per day for a short period can cause nerve damage, so caution is necessary. Prolonged use of this medication for more than six months may induce nerve problems known as neuropathy. If this medication is taken by newborns or infants, serious side effects such as extreme drowsiness, low blood pressure, or difficulty breathing may occur. In case of overdose, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and frequency. Long-term use of certain medications, alcohol, or some oral contraceptives may lead to vitamin B6 deficiency, so caution is needed. Additionally, the drug 5-Fluorouracil may inactivate the ingredient Thiamine found in this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container and prevent misuse.
