How to take
Adult dose
For difficulty sleeping due to pain, take 1-2 tablets once daily before bedtime. Do not exceed 1,200 mg of ibuprofen and 76 mg of diphenhydramine citrate in 24 hours. The dosage interval should be at least 4 hours after taking ibuprofen and/or diphenhydramine. If the cause of symptoms is unknown, do not take continuously for more than 5 days.
Precautions
This medicine can pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. There may be an increased risk of cardiovascular adverse reactions, such as myocardial infarction and stroke, in patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors, or those taking it for an extended period. Severe problems may occur, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, especially for elderly patients or those taking it long-term. Patients with an allergy to any ingredient of this medication, those with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, asthma, severe liver or kidney disorders, severe heart failure, high blood pressure, glaucoma, certain urinary tract disorders, children under the age of 15, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not use other drugs such as ACE inhibitors, lithium, certain diuretics, methotrexate, warfarin, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and avoid other analgesics or sleep aids. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and do not concurrently take other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; alcohol should be avoided. Caution is required while driving or operating machinery as drowsiness or dizziness may occur. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication if there are any blood abnormalities, liver or kidney diseases, heart diseases, high blood pressure, or allergic history. If any symptoms such as sudden shortness of breath, skin rash, severe abdominal pain, bleeding, visual disturbances, or changes in consciousness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and avoid long-term use, and children should only take this medication under adult supervision. Store this medication in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and do not transfer it to another container.
