Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its components. The vitamin B6 component in this medicine may reduce the effect of the medication Levodopa; therefore, individuals taking Levodopa should not take this medicine simultaneously. Those receiving treatment from a physician, pregnant, or breastfeeding should consult with their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for about a month, discontinue use and consult a specialist. If allergic reactions such as hives, rash, or itching occur, immediately stop taking and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or loose stools occur, stop taking and consult a specialist. Taking more than 1 gram of vitamin B6 daily can potentially damage the nerves, so caution is advised. This medicine contains vitamin B6 and prolonged use for more than six months may pose a risk of neuropathy. If newborns or infants take this medicine, dangerous symptoms such as severe drowsiness, low blood pressure, and respiratory distress may appear. In case of overdose, immediately stop taking and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Always adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and method, and do not change it arbitrarily. Long-term use of drugs such as Hydralazine, Isoniazid, D-Penicillamine, Cycloserine, alcohol, or oral contraceptives containing estrogen may result in vitamin B6 deficiency. The drug 5-Fluorouracil may inactivate the nutrient thiamine, so caution is required. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container, and avoid misuse.
