Moreover, patients having allergic reactions to this drug or its components should avoid taking it; it is not recommended for infants under 3 months of age or patients with kidney stones. During treatment, do not use this drug in conjunction with levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients currently under medical treatment, children who are exposed to sunlight for long periods and eat normally, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and those with a history of kidney stones should consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. This drug contains vitamin D, which could cause hypercalcemia in newborns through breast milk, so caution is needed. If any symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomatitis, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash or itching, or edema occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Taking pyridoxine at a dosage of more than 500mg to 2g for an extended period may lead to neurological damage symptoms, so caution is advised. Patients with folic acid deficiency taking vitamin B12 at a certain dosage or higher may experience hematological adverse reactions. High-dose intake may exacerbate gastric ulcers, disrupt blood glucose control, induce hyperuricemia, or cause liver damage, requiring strict adherence to the prescribed dosage. If an overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after about a month of treatment, consult a professional immediately. This drug must be used according to the specified dosage regimen, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when administering it to children. Urine may turn yellow after taking the drug, which should be noted as it could affect clinical test results.
