Treatment of skin fungal infections (tinea pedis, tinea cruris, etc.), as well as tinea versicolor and cutaneous candidiasis
This medication is used to treat various skin fungal infections including tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea cruris (jock itch), and tinea corporis caused by several dermatophytes such as Trichophyton, Microsporum, and Epidermophyton. It is also effective for tinea versicolor caused by Pityrosporum orbiculare and cutaneous candidiasis. This drug helps improve fungal infections on the skin and maintain a comfortable skin condition. Patients can expect symptom relief in the infected area, and effective treatment is possible with consistent use. Therefore, this medication is used to treat skin fungal infections.
Apply to the affected area (site of disease) 1 to 2 times a day. The duration of treatment varies based on the condition as follows: 1. Tinea pedis (athlete's foot): once a day for 1 week. Interdigital tinea pedis: twice a day for 1 week. Plantar tinea pedis: twice a day for 2 weeks. 2. Tinea corporis, tinea cruris (groin tinea): 1 to 2 weeks. 3. Cutaneous candidiasis: 1 to 2 weeks. 4. Tinea versicolor: 2 weeks. If clinical symptoms do not improve after the treatment period, re-evaluation is necessary.
This medication should not be used by individuals who have an allergy to this drug or any of its ingredients, or who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions. It is also safest for pregnant women, women of childbearing potential, and nursing mothers to avoid using this drug. Additionally, it is advisable not to use this medication in children. This product contains propylene glycol, and patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to this component should use it with caution. If a rash or excessive irritation occurs while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. If symptoms such as hives, red rashes, itching, irritation, contact dermatitis, skin peeling, crusting of wounds, abnormal pigmentation, sharp pain, or burning sensation appear, be sure to discuss it with a specialist. This medication should not be applied using sealed bandages or wrappings without a doctor's instruction, and if there is no reaction to this drug, testing should be done to confirm the presence of fungal infection and consider alternative treatments. It is advisable to avoid using acidic soaps when there is a candida infection. The drug is minimally absorbed by intact skin, making systemic side effects rare; however, caution is needed if applied to broken skin, wide areas, or used in infants since systemic effects may occur. If this drug is accidentally ingested, use activated charcoal to remove the active ingredient and treat symptoms if necessary. This medication is for external use only and should not be used on the eyes or ocular areas; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. It is safest not to apply it to the nails, scalp, around the mouth, or vaginal areas. Slight phototoxicity has been reported in animal testing, so it is best to avoid direct sunlight. Store this medication in a safe place out of the reach of children, in its original container, tightly closed. Transferring to other containers may lead to misuse or quality deterioration.
Hives
Erythema (redness), rash, erythema (red spots), itching, irritation, localized contact dermatitis, skin peeling, crusting of wounds, abnormal pigmentation, sharp pain, burning sensation appearing at the application site.

This medication should be stored at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C, and it is important to keep it in a sealed container to prevent air exposure. Proper storage will help maintain the drug's effectiveness and prevent degradation.
