Rapid relief treatment for moderate pain (post-surgery) and fever.
This medication is used when there is pain or high fever, especially when intravenous administration is required quickly or when other methods of administration are difficult. It is effective for short-term relief of moderate pain, especially post-surgical pain, and helps in the short-term management of fever. Therefore, this drug is used when rapid symptom relief is needed.
Adults weighing over 50 kg 4 doses per day, with each dose consisting of 1000 mg of acetaminophen, with a minimum dosing interval of around 4 hours. The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 4 grams. For children over 33 kg and adults weighing less than 50 kg For a single dose, approximately 15 mg/kg of acetaminophen (1.5 ml/kg of this medication) should be administered, with a minimum dosing interval of 4 hours. The maximum daily dosage is 60 mg/kg.

This medicine must be used in precise dosages. Confusing milligrams and milliliters can lead to serious toxicity or even death, so caution is necessary. It is recommended to use appropriate pain relief as soon as oral medication can be taken. Always check if other medications contain this drug's active ingredient to avoid overdose. Exceeding the recommended dosage can cause severe liver damage, so patients with liver function issues should specifically consult a doctor before use. Those who consume large amounts of alcohol daily should discuss with a specialist before taking this medication, as the risk of liver damage is increased. If severe rash or hypersensitivity occurs while taking this drug, stop immediately and consult medical personnel. Individuals allergic to acetaminophen or the ingredients in this medication, patients with peptic ulcers, and those with severe liver, kidney, or heart disease should not use this drug. Patients with liver, kidney, heart disease, or hypersensitivity, as well as the elderly, pregnant women, and nursing mothers should use caution and always consult medical personnel when using this drug. This medication can rarely cause blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, kidney impairment, or skin rashes, so if unusual symptoms occur, patients should inform their doctor immediately. As this drug may interact with other medications, they should inform professionals about any medications they are currently taking before consulting. This drug does not affect driving or machine operation, but it should not be mixed with other medications. Especially in children and the elderly, use the minimum dosage and monitor for adverse reactions, and in case of infection, take the appropriate antibiotic as prescribed by a doctor. During pregnancy, the benefits and risks of using this drug should be carefully evaluated, and while breastfeeding, it is mostly safe but it is advisable to consult a doctor. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should extend the dosing interval, and in cases of overdose, liver damage and serious side effects may occur, so they must seek appropriate care at a hospital immediately. This drug should not be stored at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, and should be kept away from refrigeration or freezing, and before use, check for foreign substances or discoloration, as it is for single use only.
