Vitamin D is particularly necessary during pregnancy, lactation, growth periods, and old age, and is used to help healthy development of bones and teeth and to prevent rickets. It is also actively used to improve calcium deficiency states and to provide calcium.
Take 1 tablet once daily.
Children over 12 years old should take 1 tablet once daily.
This medication should not be used in patients with hypercalcemia or renal disease. Additionally, it should not be administered to individuals with allergy to any of its components, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, or patients with severe renal failure. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactose enzyme deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should also avoid it. Infants under 1 year old, patients undergoing treatment by a doctor, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and patients with heart or kidney issues should consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Moreover, it is advisable not to unnecessarily administer vitamin D or calcium supplements to children who have a normal diet. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5, so caution is needed in individuals who are hypersensitive to this ingredient or have a history of allergies. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occur while taking this medication, discontinue it immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. Excessive dosage may lead to gastrointestinal disorders, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, and prolonged use may cause hypercalcemia and stone disease. Dosage instructions must be strictly followed, and when administering to children, parental supervision is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, a specialist should be consulted. Caution is required when taking this medication together with potassium-increasing drugs such as aldosterone antagonists or triamterene. In addition, it should not be combined with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, or antacids, and tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided before and after ingestion. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should be cautious as the components of this medication can be transferred to newborns through breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air or moisture ingress, and it is recommended to be kept at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Storing it this way will help maintain the medication's effectiveness over time.
