This medication is effectively used for epithelial damage of the ocular surface caused by endogenous conditions such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane pemphigoid (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and dry eye syndrome, as well as exogenous epithelial damage of the ocular surface caused by surgery, drugs, trauma, and contact lens use.

How to apply drops

Adult eye dose

Instill 1 drop 5-6 times a day. Adjust as needed based on symptoms.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to specific ingredients or proteins. Symptoms such as itching, irritation, redness, conjunctivitis, corneal damage, and a foreign body sensation may occur, and in rare cases, discharge or eye pain may develop. If such symptoms occur, use should be discontinued and appropriate treatment sought. Occasionally, eyelid inflammation or dermatitis may occur, in which case use should also be stopped and treatment is necessary. Caution is required when using with other eye drops, as side effects may be increased. Particularly, when used together with steroids, antibiotics, glaucoma treatments, antihistamines, cataract treatments, and anti-inflammatory analgesics, adverse reactions may increase. This medication is for ocular use only and care should be taken to avoid contact of the tip of the container with the eye or eyelashes. For single-use products, the first 1-2 drops should be discarded before use, and the remaining medication should be discarded immediately after opening. Do not share with others, and the remaining medication should not be reused after use. Keep out of reach of children, store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Storing medications in other containers may lead to risks of misuse and deterioration of quality, so it should be stored in the original container.
