View approved original text

This medication is used to treat essential hypertension and heart failure. It is particularly effective in heart failure patients with impaired left ventricular systolic function where monotherapy with an ACE inhibitor is insufficient or poorly tolerated. It helps improve cardiac function and alleviate symptoms in these patients. Therefore, it is used for the treatment of essential hypertension and specific heart failure patients.
