How to take

Adult dose

For patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with Telmisartan alone, take once daily with or without food along with a beverage. The dosage can be selected from combinations of Telmisartan/Hydrochlorothiazide 40/12.5 mg, 80/12.5 mg, or 80/25 mg according to the patient's condition. For patients with renal impairment, dosage adjustment is not required for mild to moderate impairment; however, this medication should not be used in severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min).

Precautions
