If a patient is experiencing chronic persistent hepatitis with a continuous elevation of SGPT levels, it indicates that there is ongoing inflammation in the liver. This condition requires treatment to protect liver function and reduce inflammation. Chronic hepatitis medications improve the condition by reducing liver tissue damage and aiding recovery of liver function. Additionally, appropriate treatment and management can slow the progression of liver disease. This treatment is used to stabilize the patient’s health and enhance liver function.
