Precautions

If consumed by individuals who regularly drink three or more glasses of alcohol daily, this medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, there is a risk of increasing cardiovascular disease, so individuals at risk for heart disease or stroke should exercise extra caution. This medication can cause serious issues such as ulcers or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract; therefore, elderly individuals or those with a history of gastrointestinal disorders need careful consideration before taking it. Severe allergic reactions can lead to serious conditions such as myocardial infarction, so if chest pain or allergy symptoms occur after taking the medication, immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary. The ampoule form of injection may introduce glass fragments upon breaking the container, so caution is advised during use, especially for children and the elderly. If benzyl alcohol is included, it can cause serious respiratory issues in premature infants, so it should not be administered to those patients. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, hypertension, or severe heart failure, as well as those with hypersensitivity to any components of this medication, should not take it. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not use this medication, and it is not used for pain management before or after coronary artery bypass surgery. Those with a history of peptic ulcers, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, hypertension, asthma, the elderly, and children should take extreme care when consuming this medication, and caution is advised if there is an allergy to sodium bisulfite present in the drug. If any abnormal signs occur, it is crucial to stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor. The medication should only be used at the minimum necessary dosage for the shortest duration possible. In cases of prolonged use, regular blood tests and liver and kidney function examinations should be conducted. Patients with hypertension or those at risk for cardiovascular disease must carefully monitor blood pressure and cardiac status before and after taking it. Interactions may occur when taken with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin, antihypertensives, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, warfarin, etc., so consultation with healthcare personnel is necessary. It is advisable for pregnant women, especially in late pregnancy, not to take this medication due to potential harm to the fetus, and lactating women should also consult a doctor before use, as it can affect the child through breast milk.
