Adult dose

Usually for adults, 1 packet (1 dose, 24.00g) once, 1-3 times a day. Both adults and children take it before or between meals.

Child dose

Ages 7-14: 2/3 packet once, 1-3 times a day Ages 4-6: 1/2 packet once, 1-3 times a day Ages 2-3: 1/3 packet once, 1-3 times a day Under 1 year: 1/4 packet once, 1-3 times a day. For adults and children.
