Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication contains acetaminophen, so it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen to avoid liver strain. Individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or have hypersensitivity to acetaminophen or chlorzoxazone should not take it. If symptoms such as hives, swelling, chest tightness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Particularly, taking alcohol or certain medications can slow the metabolism of acetaminophen in the body, increasing the risk of liver damage. Patients with severe liver or kidney impairment, or those with a history of allergies, should use this medication with increased caution. Side effects may include skin rash, itching, liver function abnormalities, gastric disturbances, drowsiness, and dizziness, so consult healthcare personnel immediately if these symptoms occur. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication, as it may not be safe. Combining this medication with alcohol or central nervous system depressants may exacerbate side effects, so it should be avoided or used with caution.
