During the use of this medication, it is important not to take specific medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline agents, and antacids together. High doses can promote peptic ulcers, cause glucose intolerance, liver damage, or hyperuricemia, so care should be taken. In case of massive overdose, symptoms like nausea, vomiting, edema, and congestive heart failure may occur. It is crucial to adhere to prescribed dosage and administration, and children should be administered under adult supervision. This medication can affect various urine tests and may change the urine color to yellow, so bear this in mind during testing. Also, it is recommended to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea and black tea before and after taking this medication.
