This medication is used to relieve pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), peritendinitis of the scapulohumeral joint, lumbago, sciatica, and non-articular rheumatism.
Aceclofenac 200 mg should be taken once daily. This medication should be taken whole, not chewed or crushed. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered in the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
Patients who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as gastrointestinal bleeding may occur if taken with alcohol. This medication may affect the heart and cerebrovascular system, so caution is advised for those with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. Serious issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke can occur depending on the dosage and duration, so it should be used at the lowest possible dose for the shortest duration. Elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal issues such as ulcers, bleeding, or perforation are especially cautioned due to the risk of gastrointestinal side effects. If abdominal pain or signs of bleeding occur while taking this medication, immediate medical attention is required. This medication should not be used by individuals with active peptic ulcers or bleeding, those allergic to this medication or similar drugs, those with a history of asthma or specific allergic reactions, patients with severe heart failure, and those with significantly reduced kidney or liver function, as well as pregnant women in late pregnancy and nursing mothers. Those with kidney disease, heart failure, hypertension, liver disease, elderly individuals, and pregnant women in early or mid-pregnancy should use this medication with greater caution under physician supervision. This medication can cause various side effects such as dizziness, gastrointestinal disturbances, liver function abnormalities, and skin rashes, so any unusual symptoms should be immediately reported to healthcare professionals. This medication may interact with other drugs, especially anticoagulants, diuretics, antihypertensives, and antidiabetics, so those taking these medications must consult their doctor. It is advised not to use this medication during the last three months of pregnancy, and women planning to become pregnant should consult their doctor before use. Nursing mothers should also consult with a doctor before taking this medication or may need to discontinue breastfeeding. The safety and efficacy for children and adolescents have not been established, so use is not recommended. Elderly individuals are at higher risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and other side effects, so increased caution is required. In case of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal irritation, hypotension, respiratory depression, and convulsions may occur, and immediate medical attention should be sought.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), difficulty breathing, shock, anaphylactic reaction, severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), skin and mucous membrane syndrome, rashes, high fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory conditions accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), liver function abnormalities, sudden and severe headaches, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, etc.

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the medication's effectiveness and ensure safe use.
