Various nutrients like these are utilized to enhance your health and vitality.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once a day
Precautions
Caution is required when administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily to women in the first three months of pregnancy or to those who may become pregnant, as this may increase the risk of congenital malformations.
