How to apply

Adult use

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1-2 times a day, adjusting as necessary based on symptoms. Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks or exceed 50g (50mL of solution) per week.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with specific skin infections. For example, if there are bacterial, fungal, viral infections, or infections due to animals, symptoms may worsen. Additionally, it should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to this medication, eczematous otitis externa with tympanic membrane perforation, ulcer or severe burns, scalp infections or perioral dermatitis, anal or genital itching, and in infants under 24 months. Pregnant or nursing women, infants, the elderly, patients with liver dysfunction, or diabetes should use this medication with caution. It should not generally be used for eczema or dermatitis with accompanying skin infections; if it must be used, it is recommended to use appropriate antibacterial or antifungal agents alongside. Long-term or extensive use of this medication may cause various skin adverse reactions such as skin atrophy, rash, itching, skin irritation, etc. If these symptoms occur, discontinuation of use is necessary. Moreover, prolonged use may lead to systemic side effects such as steroid-induced skin changes or hormonal suppression, so caution is advised. When used around the eyes, there is a possibility of developing ocular conditions such as increased intraocular pressure, glaucoma, or cataracts, so care is required. Pregnant women should use this medication only for the shortest duration on the smallest area of skin possible, and nursing mothers should avoid direct application on the nipple or breast. Children are at higher risk for side effects compared to adults, so prolonged use should be avoided, especially in infants under 24 months. The elderly may also experience side effects more easily, thus careful observation is necessary when used in large quantities or for an extended period. Take care to avoid contact with the eyes, and do not use for purposes other than treatment after makeup or shaving. After use, wash hands thoroughly and ensure the treatment area does not exceed 20% of the body surface area. Keep out of reach of children and store it in its original container to prevent misuse or deterioration in quality. Finally, caution should be observed as psoriasis patients may experience exacerbation of skin symptoms during or after discontinuation of long-term high-dose use.
