This medication is used for patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with monotherapy of amlodipine or olmesartan medoxomil. It is to be taken additionally when existing treatments are insufficient to lower blood pressure effectively. Properly controlling blood pressure helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken once daily, one tablet, with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn when taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy; therefore, it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. Patients may experience side effects such as dizziness, headache, hypotension, swelling, gastrointestinal disturbances, etc., while taking this medication.
