Precautions

This medication must not be used in pregnant individuals, especially during the second and third trimesters, as it can pose serious risks to the fetus and newborn. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to the active substance or similar components, if you are pregnant or may become pregnant, if you are breastfeeding, or if you have severely impaired liver or heart function. Patients with liver or biliary problems, abnormalities of the heart valves, severe hypotension, or shock state, as well as those with unstable heart failure after an acute myocardial infarction, should use this medication with caution. It is safer not to take this medication with certain other drugs if you have low blood pressure or reduced kidney function, especially if you are a diabetic with moderate or greater impairment of kidney function. While taking this medication, you should be aware that side effects such as dizziness or peripheral edema can occur frequently, and in severe cases, you should consult a healthcare professional immediately. If you are planning to become pregnant or are already pregnant, it is recommended to switch to another antihypertensive medication with proven safety instead of this one, and to discontinue use rapidly upon confirmation of pregnancy. Symptoms of low blood pressure may occur, so especially in patients with a deficiency in fluids or salts, it is important to manage their condition well before starting the medication, and appropriate treatment is needed if symptoms appear. This medication may increase potassium levels in the blood, so it is important to regularly check blood potassium levels when taken with potassium supplements, potassium-rich foods, or certain drugs. Patients with impaired kidney function should regularly monitor kidney function and electrolyte status through blood tests while taking this medication. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness, so caution is advised when driving or operating hazardous machinery while taking it. Interactions may occur when taken with other medications, so you must inform your healthcare provider of any current medications, especially if taking certain heart drugs, diuretics, or pain relievers. Elderly patients may respond more sensitively to this medication, so dose adjustments and close monitoring of their condition are necessary during treatment. In case of overdose, serious hypotension, cardiac arrhythmias, or impaired kidney function may occur, and immediate emergency treatment should be sought while taking appropriate measures as instructed by healthcare professionals. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and transferring it to other containers should be avoided as it may affect the quality.
