If pregnancy is confirmed, the use of this medication should be discontinued immediately. It should not be administered to patients with allergies to any of its ingredients or with certain heart, liver, or kidney diseases. Additionally, it should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor by patients with significantly impaired liver or heart function. Patients with certain heart valve diseases, liver dysfunctions, gastrointestinal diseases, and renal vascular diseases should use this medication with caution, and elderly patients require particular attention while taking it. If side effects are severe or suspected, consult medical personnel immediately. This medication may interact with other drugs, so it is crucial to inform healthcare providers about any other medications being taken, especially since there is a risk of increased potassium levels that require monitoring through blood tests. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should use other antihypertensive agents with proven safety instead of this medication, and breastfeeding women are also advised not to take this medication. The safety and efficacy of this medication have not been adequately established in children, so its use is not recommended.
