Relief of arthritis and pain in rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.
This medication is used to relieve pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), periarticular inflammation, lumbago, sciatica, and non-articular rheumatism.
As Aceclofenac, take 200 mg once a day. This medication should be taken whole without chewing or crushing. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible.
Caution should be exercised when taking this medication if the patient regularly consumes more than three glasses of alcohol a day, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding; it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events; patients with cardiovascular disease or risk factors should carefully consider its use and take it for the shortest duration possible at the lowest effective dose. Serious adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations may occur, so elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease should be especially cautious. Patients with active peptic ulcers or bleeding, or a history of allergies to this medication or similar drugs, should not take it. Certain patient groups, including those with heart failure, severe kidney or liver dysfunction, pregnant women in the late stage of pregnancy, and breastfeeding women, also require caution or prohibition of use. If dizziness, skin rash, gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, etc., occur during use, the patient must immediately inform medical personnel, as these adverse reactions can be fatal and require prompt action. This medication may interact with other drugs; therefore, patients taking anticoagulants, diuretics, antihypertensives, antidiabetic agents, etc., should consult a doctor before taking it. During pregnancy, especially in the late stages, it should be avoided as it may be harmful to the fetus, and breastfeeding women should also refrain from taking it. Safety and efficacy have not been established in children and adolescents, so its use is limited. Elderly patients are at higher risk for side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, so special caution is needed when taking it. In case of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal irritation, hypotension, respiratory depression, and seizures may appear, so immediate medical attention is necessary for proper treatment. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container is not recommended as it may hinder quality maintenance.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, mucosal pain in the mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough and fever, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion of consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis, urination.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
