This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist before use for individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol per day, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including this medication, carry a risk of exacerbating cardiovascular issues. Individuals with a history of heart disease or risk factors should be particularly cautious due to the increased risk of serious cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction or stroke. This medication can cause serious problems such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation. Elderly patients and those with a history of gastrointestinal disorders should closely monitor for gastrointestinal symptoms during treatment. Serious skin reactions or allergic reactions can occur, so if any unusual skin symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. This medication can affect kidney function, so caution is advised for those with kidney disease or those taking related medications. Women planning to become pregnant or who may be pregnant should avoid using this medication and it should not be taken during pregnancy. The risk of bleeding may increase if this medication is taken in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or aspirin, so co-administration should be avoided. Long-term use requires regular blood tests and liver and kidney function monitoring. If any unusual symptoms occur, consult a doctor immediately. Caution is needed when driving or operating machinery as drowsiness or dizziness may occur. Children and individuals with certain conditions, especially those with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver or kidney disease, or advanced heart failure, should not use this medication.
