Individuals who have previously shown allergic reactions to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or aspirin should not take this medication. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should avoid this medication due to the risk of premature birth from certain herbal ingredients included. People with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. Caution is advised when administering this medication to certain patients. Those with a history of peptic ulcers, cardiovascular diseases, liver failure, kidney failure, bronchial asthma, or those taking psychotropic medications should exercise particular caution. Various adverse reactions may occur while taking this medication. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, dry mouth, nausea, and diarrhea may occur. General symptoms such as facial swelling, systemic edema, and weakness have also been reported. Blood tests may show a decrease in white blood cells, liver function abnormalities, or skin itching. Symptoms such as headaches, upper respiratory infections, and blurred vision may also appear and should be watched for. In clinical trials and post-marketing studies, serious adverse events such as gastrointestinal bleeding, fractures, liver abscess, and pneumonia have been rarely reported, but a direct causal relationship with this medication is not clear. If an adverse reaction occurs or worsens, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication requires special caution for patients with a history of peptic ulcers or fluid retention, and those with heart failure. Frequent alcohol consumption may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding while taking this medication, so caution is warranted. There has been no prior experience of co-administration with other anti-inflammatory medications or corticosteroids, hence caution is necessary during concomitant use. During use, regular checks of liver and kidney function tests, blood tests, and electrocardiograms should be conducted to confirm any abnormalities. Severe allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, may occur, so be prepared for emergencies. This medication cannot be used as a corticosteroid substitute or for treating corticosteroid deficiency. If dizziness or drowsiness occurs after ingestion, avoid driving or operating machinery. Certain herbal ingredients can cause gastrointestinal disturbances or rashes, so consult with a professional before use, and discontinue use immediately if symptoms arise. Patients at risk for overloading fat should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust dosages if necessary. Safety for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as for children and adolescents, has not been established, so it is advisable not to use this medication.
