How to take

Adult dose

For patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with telmisartan alone, it is taken once daily with water, regardless of meal timings. Adjustment of each component's dosage is recommended based on individual response, and direct switching from monotherapy to this medication is possible. - Telmisartan/Hydrochlorothiazide combination 40/12.5 mg is administered when blood pressure cannot be adequately controlled with telmisartan 40 mg alone. -

Child dose

Precautions

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious harm to the fetus.
