Relief of peripheral neuropathic pain
This medication is used to relieve pain associated with peripheral neuropathy in adults. Peripheral neuropathic pain occurs due to nerve damage and can cause significant discomfort in daily life. This drug helps reduce the pain signals originating from the nerves, helping to alleviate the patient's pain and improve their quality of life. Please use it as directed by your physician to ensure safe use.
This medication is administered once daily after dinner. An initial dose of 150mg per day may be given. Based on individual patient responses and tolerance, the dose may be increased up to a maximum of 600mg per day at weekly intervals. This medication should be swallowed whole and should not be divided, crushed, or chewed.
This medication may increase the risk of suicidal thoughts or behaviors, so if mood changes or abnormal behavior occur during treatment, consult a doctor immediately. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication. Diabetic patients may need to adjust their blood sugar control medication dosages due to potential weight gain, so caution is needed. If swelling occurs in the face, around the mouth, or throat, stop taking the medication immediately and notify your healthcare provider. Elderly patients may experience symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, or confusion, so extra caution should be exercised during the initial dosage. Contact your doctor if vision becomes blurred or changes, but symptoms may improve. Abruptly stopping the medication can cause withdrawal symptoms such as insomnia, headache, and anxiety, so doses should be decreased gradually according to your doctor's instructions. Patients with a history of drug abuse may have a higher risk of abuse with this medication, so close monitoring is advised during use. Dosing adjustments may be necessary for patients with reduced kidney function. Patients with severe heart disease should exercise caution when taking this medication, and report any heart-related symptoms to their healthcare provider. Taking this medication with other drugs that have central nervous system depressant effects can lead to respiratory depression among other risks, so caution is advised. In early pregnancy, this medication may pose risks to the fetus, so women who are planning to become pregnant or are pregnant should consult with their doctor before taking it. This medication can pass into breast milk, so nursing mothers should discuss breastfeeding with their healthcare provider. It is best to avoid activities requiring attention, such as driving or operating machinery, until symptoms stabilize after taking this medication. In case of overdose, symptoms may include confusion, drowsiness, and seizures, hence immediate medical attention is necessary. Children and elderly patients should be cautioned about proper storage, keeping it out of reach of children.
Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), angioedema, facial edema, allergic reactions, cold sweat, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, mucocutaneous syndrome, erythema multiforme, shock, symptoms similar to anaphylaxis, difficulty breathing, dyspnea, respiratory depression, pulmonary edema, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, liver abnormalities (including jaundice), liver dysfunction, sudden and severe headache, loss of consciousness, mental disorders, vision abnormalities.

This medication must be kept in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is recommended to maintain a storage temperature between 1°C and 30°C to preserve the medication's efficacy.
