How to take

Adult dose

For adolescents aged 12 years and older and adults, take 5g of L-Aspartic acid-L-Arginine once daily. It is preferably taken in the morning, but it can also be taken before bedtime. It can be taken with a small amount of water.

Precautions

This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, which is broken down in the body into phenylalanine. Therefore, patients with phenylketonuria, a hereditary condition that requires limiting phenylalanine intake, should not take this medication.
