This medication is used to alleviate symptoms of arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is also effective in reducing various types of pain including back pain, headaches, and menstrual pain. It helps alleviate inflammation and pain after trauma and is used to treat fever and pain caused by viral infections. This is a useful medication for improving various pain and inflammation symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults and children aged 12 and older: Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours with water. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets.

Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily; it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. The nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug components contained in this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular thrombosis, myocardial infarction, stroke, among others, which can be fatal. Patients with pre-existing cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be especially cautious and carefully monitor for symptoms with their doctor. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as bleeding, ulcers, and perforation. This risk may be higher in the elderly, so immediate evaluation and treatment are necessary if gastrointestinal symptoms occur. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, allergies to the components, bronchial asthma, and those who have hypersensitivity to aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not take this medication. This medication may be harmful to the fetus, especially in late pregnancy; therefore, it is advisable for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to refrain from taking it. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, and avoid taking it in combination with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Breastfeeding women should discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking this medication as it can be transmitted to breast milk and cause serious side effects in the infant. Patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart disease, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, the elderly, and those taking low-dose aspirin must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication may interact with various drugs, so it is important to consult a specialist if currently taking other medications. If symptoms such as shock, severe allergic reactions, bleeding, severe gastrointestinal symptoms, skin rashes, liver dysfunction, respiratory difficulties, visual disturbances, or neurological symptoms occur, discontinue taking it immediately and consult a healthcare provider. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration necessary at the minimum effective dose, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function assessments should be conducted when taken long-term. In case of overdose, symptoms such as dizziness, abdominal pain, vomiting, liver dysfunction, renal failure, and respiratory difficulties may occur; therefore, seek medical attention immediately. Store this medication out of reach of children and keep it sealed in its original container to maintain quality.
