Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to the active ingredient or other components. While using this drug, neurological symptoms such as headache, altered taste, and dizziness may occur, so caution is advised. Symptoms such as punctate keratitis, keratitis, eye pain, dryness, redness, and itching may rarely occur. Symptoms of nasal dryness or rhinitis, dry mouth, contact dermatitis, and fatigue have also been reported, so the condition should be monitored. This medication may cause irritation when wearing contact lenses, so it's advisable not to wear lenses for at least 15 minutes after use. It contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause discoloration of lenses or eye irritation. Vision may temporarily blur after instillation, so care should be taken to wait until vision is clear before driving or operating machinery. During pregnancy, it should be used only when necessary, considering the potential risk to the fetus, and during breastfeeding, the effects on the baby should be assessed cautiously. It can be used in children over 3 years old, but it is safer to consult a professional before use. In case of overdosage, immediate observation and management by medical personnel is necessary. This medication is for ophthalmic use only and should not be administered orally or intravenously. When using the container, care should be taken to avoid contact with the eye to prevent contamination, and the cap must be tightly closed after use. If using other eye drops, at least a 5-minute interval should be maintained, and ointments should be used last. Storage should be in a sealed container that blocks light, and it's important to maintain a temperature between 4 and 25 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way can safely preserve the drug's effectiveness. While this medication has not been reported to pose a carcinogenic or mutagenic risk, caution is advised during pregnancy as it may affect the fetus.
