The vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, E contained in this medication help in various situations. Vitamin supplementation is needed in cases of severe physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, during or after illness when physical strength is declining, during growth periods, and in old age. It is also effective in alleviating pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and soothes oral inflammation symptoms such as cheilitis, glossitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It improves symptoms of dermatitis and eczema and reduces fatigue in the eyes. Vitamin D prevents poor development of bones and teeth and prevents rickets. Additionally, it helps alleviate pigmentation (melasma, freckles) caused by sunlight and skin diseases, and also aids in preventing bleeding from the gums and nosebleeds. Zinc supplementation is included to enhance physical strength and boost immunity. All these effects are used to improve health and alleviate symptoms.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with high calcium levels in the blood, granulomatous diseases of unknown cause, or kidney diseases. Additionally, individuals allergic to this medication or any of its components should not use it. Babies under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure symptoms should also avoid taking this medication. While taking this medication, it is not advisable to simultaneously take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Anyone receiving medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients exhibiting excessive urinary excretion of oxalate due to primary hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult an expert before use. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, cardiac and circulatory disorders, renal disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout or a history of kidney stones also need to be cautious. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, abnormal heartbeats, central nervous system dysfunction, dermatitis, hair loss, gastrointestinal disorders, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, immediately discontinue use and consult an expert. Immediate consultation is also needed if menstruation occurs earlier than expected or if bleeding lasts longer than usual. Caution is advised when taking vitamin E if using oral contraceptives containing estrogen or if there is a tendency for thrombosis, as the risk of thromboembolism may increase. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and long-term use of high-dose pyridoxine may cause neurological disorders. Folate deficiency patients should be monitored for hematologic abnormalities when taking vitamin B12 above certain doses. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers, impair glucose tolerance, cause hyperuricemia, and lead to liver damage. Symptoms of nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur from excessive intake, so caution is warranted. Also, when taken with certain diuretics, there is a risk of hyperkalemia, so care is necessary. In case of overdose or lack of symptom relief after taking for more than one month, immediately consult an expert. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration methods, and when giving to children, supervision and guidance by a guardian are necessary. This medication may affect blood sugar detection during urinalysis and can change the urine color to yellow, which may influence clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after taking the medication. Store in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is best to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius to preserve the drug's efficacy and safety.
