This medication helps with physical fatigue and supports the replenishment of vitamins D, E, B1, B2, C, and zinc during pregnancy, lactation, during and after illness, growth periods, and for the elderly. Vitamin D promotes the development of bones and teeth and is effective in preventing rickets, while vitamins E and C contribute to skin health and prevention of gum bleeding. It also assists in alleviating pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and provides relief for oral inflammations like stomatitis, cheilitis, and angular cheilitis. Zinc is an essential nutrient for boosting immunity and healing wounds. Therefore, this medication is effectively used for overall physical enhancement and health maintenance.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or those who have sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammation of unknown cause, and individuals with kidney disease. Additionally, those who are allergic to this medication or its components should avoid taking it. Babies under 12 months and patients with kidney stones should also refrain from use. This medication contains lactose, therefore individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. During the course of this medication, it is recommended to avoid taking phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together. Patients undergoing medical treatment, those with oxalate stone disease, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, lactating individuals, and premature infants should consult a professional before taking this medication. This is important because the vitamin D component can be secreted into breast milk and lead to hypercalcemia in neonates. Individuals with cardiac or circulatory issues, kidney dysfunction, hypoalbuminemia, gout, and a history of kidney stones should also seek advice before use. If you experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, gastrointestinal discomfort, oral inflammation, rash, hypotension, pulmonary edema, or other symptoms while taking this medication, you must stop use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if menstrual cycles become irregular or bleeding persists for an extended period, discontinue use and seek advice. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk for thrombosis should exercise caution as taking vitamin E together may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term use of high doses may result in tolerance, peptic ulcers, impaired blood glucose control, hyperuricemia, liver damage, etc. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur, so be careful. The risk of hyperkalemia exists if taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, so you must consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed method and dosage. During use, it may affect blood glucose tests and may cause urine to be discolored yellow, which could impact clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, around the time of taking the medication. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place, away from children's reach and direct sunlight. It's important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
