Adults and adolescents 15 years and older should take 2-3 tablets 3 times a day with water after meals.
Children under 15 years of age should not take this medication.

Those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to antihistamines, anti-motion sickness drugs, cold medications, cough suppressants, etc., should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant should also consult a professional before taking this medication. Individuals with urinary disorders such as prostate enlargement or who have been diagnosed with glaucoma or heart disease should consult a physician before taking this medication. Those who have experienced asthma triggered by medications should also consult healthcare providers before using this medication. If symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, urinary difficulties, increased blood pressure, dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, chills, or sore throat occur after taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. Serious side effects such as aplastic anemia or agranulocytosis may occur rarely, so if symptoms such as blue bruises, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, high fever, chills, or sore throat appear, immediate medical attention is necessary. If symptoms do not improve over a few days, it is advisable to stop taking it and consult a professional. Long-term use of this medication is not recommended.
