The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc contained in this medicine are needed for various situations such as physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, post-illness fatigue, growth period, and old age. Vitamin D aids in healthy bone and tooth development and prevents rickets. The B vitamins and C relieve symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and are effective in treating inflammation related to the mouth and skin, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. Additionally, it helps prevent beriberi and relieve eye fatigue. Zinc is an essential mineral for maintaining body health, contributing to immune strengthening and normalizing cell functions. Therefore, this medicine is used for overall physical enhancement and alleviation of various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older: take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney disease. People with allergic reactions to the ingredients in this medicine, infants under 12 months, those with kidney stones, or severe kidney failure should also avoid taking it. Furthermore, it contains lactose, so people with lactose intolerance or certain metabolic disorders should refrain from taking it. While taking this medicine, do not use it with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications such as levodopa. Patients receiving treatment, those with hyperoxaluria, gastrointestinal disorders, heart and circulatory problems, kidney disabilities, hypoproteinemia, gout, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children should definitely consult a specialist before taking it. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, irregular heartbeat, decreased nerve function, hair loss, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema appear during use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. For women, changes in menstrual cycle or longer bleeding may occur, and the risk of thrombosis may increase when using estrogen-containing contraceptives. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance and certain vitamin use resulting in nerve disorders or blood abnormalities; caution is required. High doses may cause side effects such as exacerbation of gastric ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and edema. Additionally, there may be a risk of hyperkalemia when combined with other medications, so caution is advised, and in case of overdose, consult a specialist immediately. The prescribed usage and dosage must be strictly followed, and taking this medicine may affect urine test results; it is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea. When storing the medicine, keep it in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and do not transfer it to another container.

Interactions

Drug interactions
