They are also effective in alleviating pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and are commonly used for back pain or shoulder tension. This medication also helps improve beri-beri and eye fatigue. In summary, vitamins B1, B2, and B6 are used for fatigue recovery and pain relief.

How to take

Adult dose

1 tablet once daily after meals.

Child dose

For children aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by those who have allergic reactions to this medication or its components. Infants under 12 months or patients with severe kidney dysfunction should also avoid this medication. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics such as tetracyclines, antacids, and medications like levodopa. Additionally, individuals under 1 year of age, patients undergoing treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, breastfeeding women, premature infants, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, patients with poor kidney function, and patients with low protein levels must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, itching, swelling, or abnormal heart rhythms occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately, and medical advice should be sought. In particular, high doses of pyridoxine taken for extended periods can cause nerve issues, so caution is advised. When taking this medication, make sure to follow the prescribed method and dosage, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when giving it to children. During treatment, it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, as this medication may cause urine discoloration, which can affect test results. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication together with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Also, do not take it with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene.
