This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, E and zinc, making it effective for physical fatigue, reduced physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, convalescence, growth periods, and old age. It also helps relieve pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is used to alleviate symptoms of oral diseases such as angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It is also effective for skin inflammation such as eczema and dermatitis, and helps improve beriberi and eye fatigue. Additionally, it aids in the improvement of poor bone and dental development and in the prevention of rickets. It is effective for replenishing physical strength and alleviating symptoms across a variety of conditions and symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Child dose

Take 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, or those with kidney disease. People who have had allergies or hypersensitivity reactions to any of the ingredients in this medication should also avoid taking it. Infants under 12 months and patients with kidney stones should not take this medication. While taking this medicine, it is advisable to avoid co-administration with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa. Children currently receiving medical treatment, those exposed to significant sunlight, those on a normal diet, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or women capable of becoming pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Furthermore, individuals with heart or cardiovascular issues, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, or a history of kidney stones should consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, gastrointestinal discomfort, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema occur during medication use, discontinue use immediately and consult with a doctor or pharmacist. If menstrual cycles become more frequent or bleeding persists longer than usual, stop taking the medication and consult with an expert. For those currently on oral contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk for thrombosis, caution is warranted as this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis when taken. Long-term high-dose use could result in tolerance to the medication, and interactions with specific vitamins could lead to nerve damage or hematological adverse reactions. Moreover, high-dose use could worsen peptic ulcers, affect blood glucose control, and cause liver damage, so take caution. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and signs of heart failure may occur, so be vigilant. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed methods and dosages, and parental supervision is required when administered to children. It may affect blood sugar measurements during urine tests and can change urine color to yellow, which could affect clinical test results. When taking this medication, it is advised to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea. Store this medication out of the reach of children, in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, it is safest not to transfer to another container.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, rash, redness, loose stools, gastrointestinal disturbances, digestive issues, abdominal pain, low blood pressure, pulmonary edema, increased menstrual flow and bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, swelling, increased risk of hyperkalemia.
