Adult dosage

Administer 1 capsule once a day.

This medication prevents blood from clotting to avoid thrombus formation. However, taking this medication may prolong the time it takes for bleeding to stop, so if bleeding persists for a long time or abnormal bleeding occurs, you should inform your doctor immediately. It is important to inform healthcare providers that you are taking this medication before undergoing surgery or starting new medications. This medication may be less effective due to certain genetic factors, so genetic testing may be necessary to confirm drug response. Furthermore, the risk of bleeding may increase when taken together with certain medications, especially those affecting the CYP2C19 enzyme, which should be avoided. Individuals who consume large amounts of alcohol daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as combining it with alcohol may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This medication should not be administered to specific patients with conditions such as gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, blood disorders, severe liver or kidney impairment, late-stage pregnancy, or women who are breastfeeding. Additionally, those with lactose intolerance should not take this medication. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or a tendency to bleed should use this medication cautiously and inform medical professionals immediately if bleeding symptoms occur. Notably, if surgery is planned, this medication should be stopped 5-7 days prior, and it should be resumed only after hemostasis has been achieved. This medication is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. During treatment, there is a risk of bleeding, so caution is required when combining with other bleeding risk medications. This medication can rarely cause severe blood abnormalities, allergic reactions, skin rashes, etc., so if any unusual symptoms occur, consult your doctor immediately. In the first and second trimesters of pregnancy, it should only be used if the benefits outweigh the risks as determined by the doctor, and it should not be used in the third trimester. Women who are breastfeeding should not take this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, at room temperature, and do not transfer it to another container.

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe allergic reactions, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, severe skin adverse reactions, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory issues accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme fatigue, liver abnormalities (jaundice), sudden and severe reactions

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air and moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius to safely preserve the medication's efficacy.
