This medication is used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. It also helps supply vitamin E and B1 during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, physical weakness during or after illness, and in the elderly. It is effective for alleviating shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in the limbs due to peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms. It also relieves pain symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It is helpful for beriberi and eye fatigue. Overall, this medicine is used to improve various symptoms related to nutritional deficiencies and enhance health.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults and children aged 12 and above, take 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by anyone with an allergy to specific ingredients or a history of hypersensitivity. Especially, infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal dysfunction, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication simultaneously with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Women who are undergoing treatment or are pregnant, nursing mothers, patients with gastrointestinal diseases or heart and circulatory problems, renal disorders or hypoproteinemia, and diabetic patients should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If discomfort in the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, vomiting, arrhythmia, central nervous system abnormal symptoms, hair loss, anxiety, etc. occur while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Women should be cautious as this medication may cause a rapid menstrual cycle or prolonged bleeding. Additionally, patients taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking vitamin E. Overdose may lead to nausea, vomiting, edema, heart problems; therefore, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency. It is recommended to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea while taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders or those concerned about lipid overload should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust medication dosages if necessary. This medication should be stored in a sealed container, out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight and moisture, in a cool place. For quality preservation, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
