Additionally, it is used to supplement calcium deficiency, helping to maintain strong bones. Therefore, Vitamin D and calcium are essential nutrients for growth and maintaining healthy bones.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 8 years and older and adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily.

Child dose

Dosage for children under 8 years of age is not specified separately.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, which is an unknown systemic inflammatory disease, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or its components should avoid taking it. It is also advisable not to administer this medication to infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure symptoms.
