This medication contains the coloring agent Yellow No. 4, so individuals allergic to this component should also use it with caution. If symptoms such as rash, itching, palpitations, drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, or headache occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately, and consultation with a specialist is necessary. Constipation or dry mouth may occur rarely, and if signs of palpitations or liver dysfunction appear, use should be halted and healthcare professionals should be consulted. Individuals with high blood pressure, the elderly, those with heart or kidney disease, edema, and those currently undergoing treatment should consult with their physician or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as reduced urine output, facial or limb swelling, heavy eyelids, stiff hands, increased blood pressure, or headache occur after taking the medication, it should be stopped immediately and a specialist consulted. Long-term use of this medication may lead to issues such as hypokalemia, edema, or weight gain, so regular blood tests are recommended, and use should be halted if abnormal symptoms occur. Additionally, because hypokalemia can cause symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis, immediate cessation and consultation with a specialist are advised if these symptoms appear. Care should be taken when taking this medication with potassium-containing products, licorice ingredients, or certain diuretics to avoid an increased risk of side effects. The prescribed dosage and usage must be strictly followed, and if symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than 2 weeks, discontinuation and consultation with a physician or pharmacist is recommended. This medication should not be taken with gastric analgesics or antispasmodics. It should not be given to children, especially those under 15 years of age, and should not be used by pregnant women, those who may become pregnant, or nursing mothers. When stored, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Also, to maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
