How to take

Adult dose

Adolescents and adults over 15 years: 2 tablets at a time, 1 to 2 times a day

This medicine contains lactose hydrate, so it should not be given to patients with genetic disorders that affect the breakdown or absorption of lactose. Especially, patients undergoing other treatments or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with a specialist. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, or vomiting occur while taking this medicine, it should be discontinued immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. For women, this medicine may cause menstrual cycles to become shorter or increase in volume and duration of bleeding. Women taking oral contraceptives that contain estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious when taking this medicine along with vitamin E, as it may increase the risk of thrombosis. High doses of pyridoxine over a long duration may show neurological symptoms. Additionally, high-dose intake may worsen gastric ulcers, affect blood sugar control, increase blood uric acid levels, or cause liver damage. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and should be administered under the supervision of a guardian when given to children. If symptoms do not improve after taking for more than one month, it is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medicine should not be taken with certain medications, especially not with levodopa. This medicine can cause urine to turn yellow, which may affect laboratory test results. For storage, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. Additionally, do not take products past their expiration date and use within 6 months after opening. It is safer not to transfer this medicine to another container.
