This medication contains Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and Zinc, and is used for supplementation in cases of physical fatigue, low energy during pregnancy or breastfeeding, during illness, or after recovery. It also helps relieve pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain, and is effective in improving oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. It is also used to alleviate fatigue of the eyes. These ingredients contribute to the overall recovery of health and symptom relief.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to it or its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months should not take this medication. While taking this medication, specific drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids should not be taken concurrently. Levodopa should also not be taken together. If you are receiving treatment from a physician or have certain illnesses, be sure to consult your doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, individuals with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant women or women who could become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and individuals with gastrointestinal disorders, heart and circulatory issues, kidney diseases, hypoproteinemia, gout or kidney stones should consult a specialist. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, low blood pressure, dermatitis, hair loss, or foul smell during breathing occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance to the medication, and excessive intake of specific vitamins may result in neurological disorders or blood abnormalities. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers or cause blood sugar control issues, liver damage, or hyperuricemia. Also, excessive intake may cause gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, and so caution is needed. Taking it with certain diuretics may increase blood potassium levels, so caution is necessary. If an overdose has occurred or if symptoms do not improve after one month of using this medication, consult a specialist immediately. This medication must be taken according to the specified usage and dosage, as it may affect blood glucose detection in urine tests. Additionally, taking this medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which should be noted during clinical tests. During treatment, it is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and store in a sealed container away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture. Transferring the medication to another container can pose risks of misuse, so it should be stored in the original container.

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. If taken with aldosterone antagonists and triamterene, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
