The vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C included in this medicine help with physical fatigue and nutritional supplementation during pregnancy and lactation. It also aids recovery in cases of decreased stamina during or after illness. It is effective for relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is used to improve fatigue of the eyes. It also helps alleviate inflammations of the mouth and tongue, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis. Zinc is included for immune support and wound healing. This medicine is used for alleviating various symptoms and nutritional supplementation.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

For children aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney disease. It should also be avoided by anyone with a known allergy to any of its components or a history of hypersensitivity. Babies under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not use this medicine. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medicine, nor should those with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders. Patients with lipid metabolism issues such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis should use this medicine with caution. While taking this medicine, particular drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa should not be taken simultaneously. Babies under 1 year old, patients undergoing treatment by a physician, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients with hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, patients with cardiac or circulatory disorders, patients with renal impairment, patients with hypoproteinemia, and patients taking cardiac glycosides, patients with gout, or those with kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hypotension, skin rashes, gastrointestinal disorders, or irregular heartbeat appear while taking this medicine, it should be discontinued immediately, and medical advice should be sought. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and long-term use of high doses of pyridoxine may result in neuropathy. Furthermore, high-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers, impair glucose tolerance, cause hyperuricemia, and liver damage, thus requiring caution. In case of overdose or if symptoms do not improve even after a month of use, consultation with a specialist is required. This medicine should be taken precisely as prescribed, and it should be administered to children under the supervision of a guardian. It can affect urinalysis results and change urine color, so reference should be made during tests. During use, drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided. Patients at risk of fat overload should check plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly. When stored, it should be kept in a sealed container protected from air and moisture. It is best stored at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C.
