View approved original text

Essential hypertension is a condition where blood pressure remains consistently high, increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease. If blood pressure control is insufficient with Telmisartan or Amlodipine monotherapy, additional treatment may be necessary. This medication effectively lowers blood pressure, protects cardiovascular health, and helps prevent complications due to hypertension. Therefore, this drug is used to improve blood pressure control in essential hypertension.
