Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 pouch (1 bottle, 100mL) three times a day before or between meals.

Elderly individuals may need to adjust the dosage due to potentially weakened bodily functions. Those with weak stomachs, lack of appetite, nausea, or vomiting symptoms should exercise caution when taking this medication. Children should avoid use as safety has not been sufficiently confirmed. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or hands, elevated blood pressure, or headaches occur while taking this medication, it should be stopped immediately, and a professional should be consulted. Muscle weakness, spasms, or paralysis may suggest hypokalemia, and in such cases, the medication should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. If skin rashes or itching occur, or if symptoms such as indigestion, nausea, or diarrhea worsen, the medication should be stopped. Reduced urine output, swelling of the face and extremities, heavy eyelids, elevated blood pressure, headaches, muscle disorders (myopathy) due to hypokalemia, paralysis.
