Individuals with allergies to the components of this medication, infants under 3 months of age, or those with allergies to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should not take this medication. Levodopa should not be taken concurrently with this medication. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor, those with conditions such as hyperoxaluria, gout, kidney stones, hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, pregnant or lactating women, preterm infants, and infants must consult a specialist before use. Women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or patients with a predisposition to thrombosis should be cautious, as there is an increased risk of thrombosis. High doses can cause peptic ulcers, disturbances in blood sugar control, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and increased risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, so caution is warranted. The prescribed dosage and frequency must be strictly followed, and vitamin A supplementation should not exceed 5,000 IU per day. This medication may affect blood glucose measurement in urine tests and may change the urine color to yellow, potentially impacting clinical test results.
