Symptoms of liver dysfunction may also occur, and regular testing may be required. Symptoms of arrhythmia or alterations in heart rate may arise; attention should be paid to any abnormalities. Gastrointestinal symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal distension, and abdominal pain, and stool color may change, but this does not require special treatment.
