This medication helps supplement vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C during periods of physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, recovery from illness, growth phase, and old age. Vitamin D promotes bone and dental development and prevents rickets. It also helps relieve pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is effective in treating various skin diseases such as inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis) and stomatitis, glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. It is also used to improve beriberi and visual fatigue. Meanwhile, zinc is an important mineral required by the body that contributes to health maintenance and immune function enhancement. This medication is used to improve symptoms and conditions as described above.
How to take
Adult dose
For adolescents aged 12 years and older and adults: take 1 tablet once daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (high calcium levels in the blood) or sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease of unknown origin, or by patients with kidney disease. Additionally, people with allergies to any of the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months old, and patients with kidney stones should avoid taking this medication. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with specific drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Also, if menstrual cycles become quicker or bleeding persists, and if someone is taking estrogen-containing contraceptives or is at risk of thrombosis, they should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and taking specific vitamins may result in neurological abnormalities or hematological adverse reactions, so caution is necessary. Excessive use can cause gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, and other symptoms, so do not increase the dosage arbitrarily. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and while taking it, it may affect blood sugar test results, and urine color may change, so this should be taken into account during clinical tests. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid consuming teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication.
