Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to effectively relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
The dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's level of pain and therapeutic response. An initial dose of 2 tablets is recommended, and thereafter, the dosing interval should be at least 12 hours, with a maximum of 8 tablets per day. Prolonged use beyond what is necessary should be avoided; if long-term use is required due to the characteristics and severity of the disease, regular monitoring should be conducted to verify whether the sustained use of this medication is warranted.
This medication may affect liver function, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. If an allergic reaction such as rash or itching occurs while taking this medication, treatment should be discontinued immediately and medical attention sought. One of the ingredients in this medication may increase the risk of seizures; therefore, patients with a history of seizures or at high risk of seizures should use this medication cautiously. Patients with acute or severe asthma who have difficulty breathing may experience worsening respiratory issues when taking this medication; therefore, it should be taken under medical supervision. Caution is advised when taking this medication with alcohol or central nervous system depressants, as it may lead to severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, or coma. Patients with head injuries or brain diseases should be cautious as this medication may exacerbate symptoms due to respiratory suppression. This medication can cause physical and psychological dependence, so long-term use should strictly adhere to the physician’s instructions regarding dosage and duration. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction should avoid taking this medication, and those with moderate liver dysfunction should adjust the dosage interval. This medication should not be administered to children under 12 years of age or to adolescents under 18 who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. The safety of this medication during pregnancy has not been established; therefore, it should be taken cautiously after consulting with a doctor during pregnancy, and lactating women should avoid using it. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness; caution should be taken when driving or operating machinery. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and avoid using it in combination with other analgesics; if any adverse symptoms occur, consult with a healthcare professional immediately.
Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe allergic reactions, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain of oral/ocular mucosa, severe skin reactions, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough and fever, respiratory issues, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, liver abnormalities, sudden and severe headache.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture; therefore, it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, it is recommended to keep it away from direct sunlight and store it at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C.
