Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. Patients with allergies to this drug or its ingredients, those who have experienced hypersensitivity, patients with calcium metabolism problems, those with certain types of psoriasis, patients with severe kidney or liver disease, children, and those with facial, periocular, or genital skin involvement should not use this medication. Additionally, avoid use in patients with ear drum damage, and do not use where there are skin infections due to bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites, or on wounds and mucous membranes. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, the elderly, and patients with liver dysfunction or diabetes should use this medication cautiously. Various skin adverse reactions such as itching, skin irritation, rashes, and skin dryness may occur when using this medication, so if symptoms are severe or worsen, stop use and consult a doctor. Especially when used for a long time or over large areas, systemic side effects like adrenal insufficiency, increased blood glucose, and elevated intraocular pressure may occur due to systemic absorption of the corticosteroid component, so caution is advised. Follow the prescribed dosage and frequency and take care to avoid sensitive areas such as the face, around the eyes, mouth, and genital skin. After use, wash hands thoroughly. This medication may cause photosensitivity, so avoid excessive exposure to strong sunlight or artificial light during treatment. Pregnant or nursing women should discuss the benefits and risks of treatment with their doctor, and it is advisable to use it for a short period on as small an area as possible during pregnancy. This medication is only approved for use in children aged 12 and older, so it should not be used in those younger than 12. There may be interactions when used with other corticosteroid preparations or salicylic acid, so concomitant use should be avoided. Excessive use may lead to increased blood calcium levels; if symptoms occur, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. Store this medication out of reach of children, use within 6 months after opening, and keep it in a container that blocks light without refrigeration.
