Adult dose

Adults and those over 15 years: 1 dose 10 mL Take 3 times a day after meals. Dosage interval should be at least 4 hours.

Child dose

Ages 11 to 14: 1 dose 6.5 mL Ages 8 to 10: 1 dose 5.0 mL Ages 5 to 7: 1 dose 3.5 mL Ages 3 to 4: 1 dose 2.5 mL Ages 1 to 2: 1 dose 2.0 mL 3 times a day

This medication must not be given to infants under 3 months of age. If the infant is over 3 months but under 1 year, consult a doctor before deciding whether to administer it. Those with high blood pressure, elderly individuals, or those with heart or kidney issues, or edema should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. It is also important to consult a doctor if taking other medications. Caution is needed especially when taking potassium or licorice-containing medications, as well as certain diuretics, since they might cause muscle abnormalities. If under medical treatment, be sure to consult a doctor before taking this medication. If during use urine output decreases, face and limbs swell, eyelids become heavy, hands feel stiff, blood pressure rises, or headaches occur, stop use immediately and consult a physician. This medication contains licorice and long-term use may result in side effects such as increased blood pressure, fluid retention, edema, or weight gain. If muscle weakness, fatigue, limb cramps, or paralysis occurs, stop use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after several days of use, stop taking and consult a physician. Be sure to adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, and children should take it under adult supervision. Long-term continuous usage should be avoided. When storing, keep it out of the reach of children in its original container, tightly sealed. Transferring the medication to another container can pose risks of reduced quality or misuse, so be cautious. It is best to store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Serious side effects

• Decreased urine output, swelling of the face and limbs, heavy eyelids, stiffness in hands, increased blood pressure, headaches, weakness, limb cramps, paralysis
• → Symptoms suspected of hyperaldosteronism and myopathy requiring immediate cessation of use and consultation with a physician

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a sealed container. It is advisable to keep the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the medication's efficacy and safety for a longer time.
